Brad Anderson, Project Estimator/Superintendent

We’re happy to introduce Brad Anderson, who joined Storage Construction on June 13 as our newest Project Estimator/Superintendent.

In this role, Brad will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the specifics of specific projects’ scheduling and budgeting
  • Scheduling and managing the work of sub-contractors
  • Estimating project and preconstruction costs
  • Ensuring site safety via weekly meetings with the sub-contractors
  • Ensuring accurate completion of work on projects
  • Scheduling and communicating with code officials for inspections

Brad has 34 years of construction experience, primarily as the owner of his own remodeling company. In addition, Brad cites one of his major professional accomplishments as being the project manager and lead carpenter on a 3-story, 15,000-square-foot residential row home complex.

In addition to his work in the construction sector, Brad served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for four years, including an eight-month, active-duty deployment during Desert Storm. He also has 25 years of experience working as a paramedic in York, Lancaster and Dauphin Counties.

In his personal life, Brad is an avid bowler, with two perfect games to his credit, and a series high score of 789. He was a volunteer firefighter for 20 years and held the positions of Fire Chief for 11 years, and President for four years.

Brad and his wife Tiffany have been married for 24 years. They have three children and one grandchild.
