This new construction 156,100 square foot, class-A self-storage facility consists of a 4-story, 124,800 SF climate-controlled storage building with drive-thru access, a 20,500 SF fully enclosed RV storage building and two drive-up storage buildings totaling 10,800 SF. The site also accommodates outdoor RV parking.
Fredericksburg, VA
This new project is the first Storage Construction venture in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This 99,000 square foot, two-story facility began construction late in Summer 2025 and is projected to be completed in late summer of 2026
