Meet Morgan Engels, Operations and Office Manager

In her roles, Morgan works closely with owners and owner-lenders throughout the construction process, including preparing and managing of owner’s contract terms & negotiation, as well as owners’ invoicing and payment applications

In addition, Morgan coordinates new software and organizational training for the Storage Construction team. She also works with team members to ensure the efficiency of company processes, and coordinates orientation for new staff.
Morgan plans the content for the company’s marketing and public relations campaigns, including website management and social media coordination. She also organizes all company events including the annual networking event.

Morgan recently celebrated her 5th year with the company and takes great pride in having watched and fostered the company’s growth in that time.

When she’s not in the office, Morgan spends her time working on her “fixer-upper” home, gardening, and being a mom to two daughters…and a Doberman named Bowie.
