Morgan Engels to Depart Storage Construction

After a successful tenure as Operations and Office Manager, Morgan Engels will be leaving the company to be a full-time mother for her (soon-to-be) three children. Her last day will be May 1. As her young family grows, she has made the decision to turn over her responsibilities to other team members, and direct her energy toward being a mom.
“It has been an absolute honor to work with the Storage Construction team over the past six years,” Morgan said. “I am so proud of the growth I have seen and been a part of since I started. When I first joined the company, we had three full time staff besides myself. Today, we have 20 people, including full-time staff and contracted people in the field – and we’re still growing!”
NEW FACES, SAME MISSION
But the front office is in good hands with a team of both new and familiar faces to take on Morgan’s duties. Here is a brief introduction to several of the staff members who will be taking on new roles to ensure a seamless transition within the organization:
Ashley Poulos has been hired as a new Project Coordinator, and will be working closely with Mel Bishop, our Director of Construction Services. Ashley will be handling customer relations, and a range of field staff and project support, including acquiring permits, guiding transition from preconstruction to construction, fulfilling on-site materials requests, coordinating software training and much more.
Chelsi Bartlett will be our new Office Administrator, and will be managing marketing efforts like trade show coordination, staff support like travel planning, and more.
Amanda Lenker has joined Storage Construction as its new Accounting Manager. Having spent the last two years as the Staff Accountant for PFG Capital (Storage Construction’s parent company) Storage Construction, and Automated Security, Amanda is very familiar with our financial operations. She will be responsible for managing financial statements, human resources, payroll and more.
Sheila Strothers will continue to serve as Operations Administrator. Sheila has been with Storage Construction for the last 4 years, and will be managing all vendor and subcontractor relations. In addition, Sheila will also be managing Accounts Payable. One important note: all Accounts Payable invoicing and inquiries should continue to be directed to AccountsPayable@storageconstruction.com
“Perhaps the hardest part about making the decision to stay home and focus on my kids and family will be how much I will miss the family I have at Storage Construction,” she said. “I wish everyone continued success in the coming years.”
