STAFF SPOTLIGHT: JASON STERMER

(January 20, 2025)   Jason Stermer is one of our newest Site Superintendents, having joined Storage Construction in November of 2024.

In his position, Jason supervises on-site subcontractors, schedules site work and deliveries to jobsites. He ensures work is executed on time and to specifications. He is responsible for project organization and documentation, including creating daily logs of work performed on site, maintaining a 3-week look-ahead schedule, and coordinating with project managers and other key team members.

We asked Jason a few more questions about himself and his background:

SC: What was your very first job?

JS: I’ve always worked in construction. I started working in construction for my grandfather when I was young.

SC: What is your favorite food?

JS: Pizza….any kind!

SC: What do you like to do when you’re not “on the job?”?

JS: Woodworking and furniture construction
