Fredericksburg, VA

This new project is the first Storage Construction venture in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This 99,000 square foot, two-story facility (see artist rendering) will begin construction late this summer (2025) and is projected to be completed in late summer of 2026

Pottstown, PA (II)

Our second project in Pottstown, PA, is a four-story facility consisting of 103,200 square feet.

Greenville, VA

Phase I of this new construction will include two buildings and 38,000 square feet. Discussions are underway for the potential addition of two more buildings in future phases.
