Storage Construction is excited to announce that we partnered with JEB Group, LLC (d/b/a All-Time Self Storage) to convert a former manufacturing facility into Self Storage. We constructed a second story mezzanine system throughout the entire building in Southampton, PA. The building is 52,000 square feet with 39,000 rent-able square feet and a planned Phase 2 will include an additional building encompassing 50,000 SF. Phase 1 of the project will be finished by the end of 2017.
Thank you to everyone who attended Storage Construction’s 3rd Annual Cigar Networking Event. It was a huge success and we thank everyone that made the trip to John Wright and joined our team. We had an excellent group of approximately sixty owners, bankers, brokers, vendors, sub-contractors, engineers, architects and management companies involved in the self-storage industry in attendance.
It was great to catch up with all of you and introduce you all to the Storage Construction team. We have grown to 4 project managers each running several projects in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and Ohio currently.

Lancaster County is about to get S’More Space on Stony Battery Road! We’ve partnered with S’More Space Storage to construct a brand new, 54,000 square foot temperature controlled self storage facility. We can’t wait to start pushing some dirt! Construction is set to begin June 1st! Check out the rendering of the finished product below!
Storage Construction has partnered with Storage Atlantic to expand their facility. The project, located in Bear, Delaware, will begin construction in February 2016 with an anticipated completion date in June 2016.
Storage Construction has been awarded a contract for a Phase II expansion project for Moove In Self Storage-Buck, located in Quarryville, PA. The expansion will include three new non-climate controlled buildings and a freestanding office building. Anticipated completion date for this project is June 2016.

Storage Construction is in the final phase of completing a new building for Storage Depot South, Mechanicsburg, PA.
Early morning concrete pour at Moove In Self Storage, Manheim. Entire 12,000 square foot slab was completed in one pour.
Rod Lockard, Scott Forry, and Matt DePrato of Storage Construction, along with Mark Shermeyer of SAA Architects, recently exhibited at the annual 2015 Northeast Storage Expo on October 7-8 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino at the Grand Pequot Tower in Ledyard, CT. The event was hosted by the Massachusetts and Connecticut Self Storage Associations.
