Jim has worked in the construction industry for 30 years, with more than 20 of them being in management and site supervision
He has been involved in a variety of project types – from student housing to commercial real estate, and more. He holds a BS in business management, is OSHA-30 qualified, and trained in first aid and CPR.
In his daily responsibilities with Storage Construction, Jim oversees all trades and inspects their work for accuracy and professionalism in accordance with project drawings.
He is the acting safety inspector for jobsites, ensuring that subcontractors are adhering to safety policies, and providing education and training on those policies and procedures. Jim also serves as company liaison for inspections, utilities, project owners, and municipalities
Off the job, Jim loves to spend time with family, especially his stepson’s D-1 football program. He is a member of Alpha Sigma Phi national fraternity.
